I usually don't go this... but with valentine not too far away and the fact that Ruben has been very supportive in my decisions lately, I just couldn't resist making a little something for him...
for this week assignment, I got to play with the new collection from 7gypsies and can't begin to tell you how much I adore this collection - Venice. It truly reminds me of the time when we were in Venice - the romantic gondola rides (although ridiculously expensive), the strolls along the canals, the ever so yummy food & wine, the carnival and of course the shopping. :) and also using the latest sketch from 52 Sketches 52 Weeks #49
as for the pictures, they're from the weekend in BKK; just adore that picture of me and ruben and couldn't resist using it again and again. They were taken at this cute cafe at the sunday market - serving the best (and strongest) cocktail drinks ever; a perfect way to start the night & hanging out with friends.
supplies used include: cardstock: bazzill kraft; pattern papers: 7 gypsies; brads: american crafts; chipboard letters: american crafts; stickers: 7 gypsies nest; crackle paint: tim holtz (rock candy)
**all can be found at MWL**
others: butterfly stamp: purple onion; flowers & leaves: prima
inspired by: sketch from 52 Sketches 52 Weeks
